Keisha ...

 See Little Keisha here

Keisha had to leave her home in London when it was re-possessed. Her mother accumulated too much debt trying to pay off the lost bets her intermittantly-visiting father placed with anyone and everyone. He bet the furniture, the television, even the good turkish rug Keisha's mother had inherited from her own mother. And when most of the things were gone, Keisha's dad promised money, but would disappear again leaving his family to suffer the consequences. Each time he visited he gave her mother one new thing, and that was a baby.

Since their home was taken away and Keisha's Mum was forced to admit defeat, Keisha has had many places to live. Sometimes in foster homes on her own and sometimes with other members of her family.

Despite these disasters, Keisha has always had a sunny personality and smiles a lot, which has made her a loveable character. But Keisha misses her siblings and sometimes feels sad about the things that have happened to her in the past, even though she can't remember a lot of it. However, recently she's been reunited with her eldest sister Iris who had managed to find out where Keisha is living and now works as a carer for the babies at Haven Hope.

Keisha is a button-jointed limbed doll with arms and legs which can swivel up and down. She wears a gorgeous 100% cotton two-piece outfit with a long pair of ruffled pants under the short skirt and matching orange slipper-shoes.
